In this episode, Joe welcomes the great Yuji Moore to the Lounge.  Yuji is a Noncommissioned Officer in the United States Space Force who’s in charge of a space control intelligence section where he leads the integration of intelligence-driven analysis for Advanced Training in order to create realistic training scenarios for 172 space combat crew operators.  During their chat, they talked about development, the importance of emotional intelligence, followership, and much, much more.
